My black eyeliner is pretty much tattooed on by now; it has been my go to make-up look for years. I usually go for a subtle black line that's flicked out at the end but certainly don't fear a heavy sixties liner either. Applying eyeliner has now become as easy as putting on mascara to me, but I know some of you find it challenging to get that perfect wing.
